TrustFlare is an early-stage startup. Information about the operating and contracting party, and documents for customer due diligence, are available on request at legal@trustflare.tech before a paid engagement begins.
TrustFlare develops device-trust software for organizations. Use of the website alone does not create a paid subscription, a signed DPA or a service-level agreement.
Website and product information
Documentation and demonstrations explain the product and may include sample data. Features, platform support and availability can change as the product develops. Confirm requirements for a production deployment in the applicable agreement.
Software and intellectual property
Software is governed by the licence supplied with the relevant component or release. Website access does not grant rights to proprietary software, trademarks or customer content. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
Responsible use
Use the website and service only with appropriate authorization and in accordance with the Acceptable use policy. Do not submit data you have no right to provide or use the service to interfere with another person’s systems.
Privacy and customer duties
The Privacy policy explains website enquiries and service data. Customers determine which people and devices to enroll, inform affected users, configure access policies and manage permissions. Hosted processing and any support access must be covered by the relevant arrangement.
Evaluations and paid services
Confirm evaluation duration, limitations, hosting, data handling and support before an evaluation starts. Fees, service levels, warranties, liability, termination and governing law for paid services are set out in the agreement with the identified contracting party.
Website availability and liability
Website information is provided as available and may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
