Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the rights and response process described in the Privacy policy apply subject to the relevant legal conditions. You may raise a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.

Where the CCPA/CPRA applies to the relevant processing, eligible consumers may request information and access, correction or deletion and exercise applicable opt-out rights without unlawful discrimination. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
An authorized agent may submit a request; we may need evidence of authorization and proportionate identity verification. See the California Privacy Protection Agency for official information.

Use the privacy request form or contact privacy@trustflare.tech. Tell us what you are requesting and how you interacted with TrustFlare. We apply the deadlines and exceptions required by the law that governs your request.
Customer deployments
If your organization uses TrustFlare to manage access, it normally controls the associated user and device records. Contact its administrator or privacy team. Our role for hosted processing is described in the Data processing terms.
